Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 668duit website, mobile application and all related services operated by 668duit.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses or uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual cash deposited into a User's Account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or incentives granted by 668duit to Users.

This agreement governs all aspects of the relationship between the User and the Platform, covering registration, use, financial transactions, bonuses, privacy and account termination. These terms are to be read together with the 668duit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a 668duit account, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a citizen or resident who is eligible under local laws.
• Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts for one individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and when updating details.
• Have no prior account that was terminated or suspended by 668duit for fraud or breach of terms.

668duit reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of an identity card (MyKad), supporting financial documents or proof of address. Users who fail to provide verification within the specified period may face restrictions on their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

668duit supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 regardless of the method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method and internal review process.
• All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• 668duit does not charge Users any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, financial service providers may have their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once all bonus wagering requirements (where applicable) have been met in full.
• 668duit reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals for accounts under investigation for alleged fraud or suspicious activity.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

668duit offers various bonuses and promotions to Users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• The 150% welcome bonus of up to RM888 is given to new Users who make their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings generated from wagering the bonus can be processed as a withdrawal.
• Each User is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• 668duit reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.
• Any bonus abuse — including combining multiple accounts or deliberately using low-risk betting strategies — will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account termination.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

668duit operates a VIP loyalty programme with four tiers. Progression between tiers depends on the User's betting activity and length of membership:

• 🥉 Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• 🥈 Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• 🥇 Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• 💎 Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is calculated based on total net wagering over a one-week period and is credited automatically. Credited cashback is subject to the wagering conditions set for each VIP tier. 668duit reserves the right to review and adjust VIP benefits from time to time.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the 668duit Platform:

• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools or unauthorised scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery or manipulation of the game system.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupting, threatening or harassing support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Enticing or encouraging other users to engage in activities that violate these terms.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate.

Responsible Gambling

668duit is committed to safe and responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits and loss limits to manage spending.
• Use the break or self-exclusion feature if you feel the need to stop temporarily or permanently.
• Contact the 668duit support team for assistance related to responsible gambling.
• Seek professional support through relevant channels if needed.

668duit does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to use the Platform. Users who suspect that a minor is using their account must report the matter to us immediately. More information is available on our Responsible Gambling page.

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of Users' personal data is governed by the 668duit Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the Platform, Users agree to the data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Users' personal data is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, customer support and legal compliance purposes.
• 668duit does not sell or transfer Users' personal data to unrelated third parties without consent.
• All data is stored with industry-standard encryption and appropriate technical security measures.
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the support team.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

668duit strives to ensure the Platform operates smoothly and without interruption. However, the following points should be noted:

• 668duit is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Winnings resulting from software errors or system malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.
• 668duit does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws regarding online gambling activities.
• The Platform operates under international licensing and makes no representations regarding its legal status in any particular jurisdiction.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any disputes arising from it are subject to the applicable laws. The following is 668duit's dispute resolution procedure:

• Users are encouraged to contact the 668duit support team first via live chat or email to resolve any complaints.
• 668duit will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe through its internal process.
• If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the Platform's international licensing.
• 668duit's decisions regarding gaming activity, bonuses and financial disputes are final once all internal review processes are completed.

Account Termination

The agreement between the User and 668duit may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• By the User: Users may close their account at any time by contacting 668duit support. Valid real money balances will be returned subject to compliance review.
• By 668duit: 668duit reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if there is a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required for legal compliance.
• All bonus balances will be automatically forfeited upon account termination due to a violation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the Platform's inactive account management policy as set out in internal notices.
